What is your current processing time?
Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, but please note this timeline is subject to change. Custom orders have a processing time of two weeks. We will keep you updated on processing times as much as possible!
I live within the Greater Wheeling area. Do I have to pay for shipping?
Heck no! We can bring your order to a local event, we can do a porch pick up from our home in Bridgeport, OH, we can meet somewhere in the area, we can take your order to Walgreens in Wellsburg - we have lots of options available! No need to pay for unnecessary shipping! Just choose "Pick Up" when checking out and we will touch base to figure out what works best for both of us!
What styles of bandanas do you offer?
We currently offer two styles of bandanas - snap on and over the collar (slip on).
Snap on bandanas are a traditional triangle bandana shape, but are sized to fit snug against your pets neck and snap on. Snap on bandanas can be sized up to be tied on. These are perfect for pets who don't wear a collar!
Over the collar (Slip On) bandanas have a small pocket that a collar slips through! Slip on bandanas are our most popular style and fit a wider variety of body sizes because sizing is less particular.
How do I care for my products?
We recommend hand washing with cold water and laying flat to dry. Products can be ironed on low as needed. Do not iron directly over the personalized name or t-shirt design. When ironing bandanas, please be mindful of the MERK & Co. tag, as it may melt.
Do you customize bandanas?
We sure do! We love adding a little personalized touch to your pets bandanas! Simply add our Personalization Listing to your order and provide us with the details and we'll make the magic happen!
My pet is between sizes, what should I do?
It depends on the style you're looking at, but typically, we recommend ordering a size up! Bandanas can always be folded down for a perfect fit. For bows, it depends on the look you're trying to achieve. Either way, your pet will look FABULOUS in their new swag!
